Collectively, the ROSS Agency staff has over a century of supervisory and executive command level law enforcement experience. Many of the ROSS Agency staff are graduates of the nation’s most prestigious and recognized law enforcement training programs such as the FBI National Academy, the Northwestern University Traffic Institute and the Southern Police Institute. This extensive and diversified combination of training, education, and experience positions the ROSS Agency to conduct expert consultation and evaluation assessments of a wide variety of public and private law enforcement organizational and program issues.

The ROSS Agency has been engaged to conduct evaluative assessments of federally funded law enforcement and public safety initiatives. We have conducted major management studies of public law enforcement agencies and functions. Our clients in such matters have included universities, law enforcement agencies, and other public safety organizations.
