The ROSS Agency, Inc./Services to Government

The ROSS Agency serves as the exclusive contract vendor for providing fraud deterrence monitoring related to a major public assistance program administered by the Illinois Department of Human Services. We provide both program monitoring and covert fraud investigative support to the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) food supplement program. ROSS Agency fraud deterrence activities have resulted in the termination of numerous unscrupulous WIC vendors, and the levying of thousands of dollars in administrative fines.

State governmental agencies have called upon The ROSS Agency to provide expert consultation in such areas as risk management, fraud deterrence, and facility security.
